"Scams!!!! Don't book with this hotel. We went there. The owner lied to us. He said it has a new name Arco Hotel and we didn't have a reservation. We were forced to make a new reservation, charged us more. The third day, tried to charge for us for a cleaning service... We decided to leve. I found out they charged me a cancelation fee . I had a reservation. They are stealing people money 💰 "

"Spacious room with enough room for our suitcases to unpack. Comfortable bed, clean linens and very clean shower. Close to public transportation, bakery, Italian restaurant, shops, shopping mall, and lots of other stores close by. Easy to access, quiet place, no disturbance by others. Friendly communication. It was enough for what I needed it for: sleeping. We did not use the TV, fridge, kitchen, courtyard trashcans etc. so I cannot say anything about it. Definitely, good enough to return again."
