"We had a great time from check in to check out It was close and convenient to get to the airport. We had an issue hooking up our apple box. Called the front desk for help, they sent up maintenance. Marcin Gasiorowski came in under two minutes, had the issue fixed in no time. He was wonderful! We will be back for sure "

"Ali was so kind both on the phone and in person. The hotel is conveniently located with a great restaurant and a nice bar right next door. Our room was perfect for a family with an adult child. The parking was easy and included in price. If we are fortunate enough to visit Zurich again, we will definitely stay here."

"the included breakfast was good and the staff went out of their way to ensure that buffet items were available during the breakfast hours. the room was comfortable and clean, the bar fridge in the room was stocked with soda, juice and water each day. on thing to remember about Europe not all hotels have AC but a fan was provided."
