"A fantastic small hotel. Not centrally located, but with Munich’s excellent public transport, this was never a problem. Staff were unbelievably good. The area around the hotel is beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Was given a key to a room different to that requested. Staff pretty unhelpful in correcting it. Only 2 elevators for a large hotel. One was broken for the duration of the stay, the second intermittently. Asked for the room to be cleaned - clean towels provided, asked for clean cups, not so. Only 2 coffee sachets provided for 2 people for 3 days. No cream/whitener.
Bed sheet had holes in it through wear. Needed replacing.
I’ve stayed here many times before and it’s been great, but it feels like...

"Beautiful little hotel. Incredibly clean, staff warm and welcoming in English. Attatched restaurant is a must-try. A little off the beaten path but 10-15 munites on the bus and you’re exploring the city again! Will be a repeat visitor. Thanks!"
