"Otherwise everything is perfect, but the bed :( The bed’s are not just soft, they are extremely bad quality! I needed to change room after sleeping one night in the ”sinking” bed and having a backpain. In the other room the mattress was better (less used) and I managed the rest of my stay. "We reserved a family room with a kitchen. However, when we arrived, we were assigned two separate rooms, one with a kitchen. This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. There was a sponge to wash dishes, but there were no dish towels nor was there any dish detergent. We needed to go to the desk and ask for more tableware. "Happy with hotel in every respect, except that there weren’t many good restaurants in the near vicinity of the hotel. ‘Cooking Yu’ (Chinese) was an exception and we had a great meal there.
