"Historisches Hotel in der Fussgängerzone. Die Atmosphäre ist Alpin mit traditionellem Alpen-Flair. Sehr freundliches Management und Personal und sehr gute Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind nicht gross aber bieten guten mittelklasse Komfort, einige mit Balkon (gegen Aufpreis)."

Buffet breakfast every morning was awesome, lots of options of hot and cold dishes. Happy to come and stay here again. We appreciate your kindness and wonderful service. "
"This hotel is outside the city of Lucerne but only 20 minutes away. It is nice and peaceful, which was our preference. The Mt. Pilatus train station in Alpnachstadt is just a few minutes away. We got to enjoy both sunset and sunrise from our balcony.
The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean and uniquely charming but with modern conveniences. The restaurant served excellent local favorite dishes.
We look forward to another stay in the coming years.

"The hotel staff was amazing. The food was good at the restaurant and the breakfast. The room AC barely worked. The front desk had to bring us an additional fan. The fire alarm went off around 12am. So convenient to be so close to the train station. "
"Great hotel and staff.. walking distance to train station. Right in town walking to all restaurants. No fan or ac and it was very very hot at night. Flies were relentless but I guess it’s the time of year. Overall wonderful hotel and would stay again!"
