"Clean room, friendly staff"

"The staff were very professional and polite. Unfortunately we experienced a heatwave and there was no AC. We were provided a fan but had to requested another one due to how hot it got in the room. We also had to sleep with the window open in order to circulate some air. Other than that it was a convenient stay as it was close drive to the airport."

"Stay was not pleasant! The air conditioner didn’t work in the room! I could not sleep as Room was hot and apparently the hotel is aware of it and has fans that they supply to guests. Unfortunately I didn’t get one as all the fans were already distributed. Instead of fans they should get the air conditioning fixed. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work either! The host came to the room to check on the air conditioning but couldn’t do much!"

"The room was disgusting. The bedding, floors, desk, chairs were dirty, spotted, and there was a dirty glass left in the bathroom. We were not offered our free drink vouchers so I went to the desk to ask and once I got them they bar wouldn’t honor them. They hotel advertised breakfast with the room but after it it booked you find out it is not included. The hotel will not tell guy where the bus or train station is located. Horrible place to stay!"

"The hotel was not as clean as I expected for a hotel in Switzerland. The shower especially, had signs of mold from less-than-careful cleaning. There was a very large group of non-Swiss tourists that arrived late in the evening, who were extremely noisy (yelling, slamming doors) until almost midnight, at which point I asked them to be considerate of other guests trying to sleep. "The hallways has a not very nice scent but clean. There is construction right next to the hotel"

"The staff and room were absolutely amazing. The only downside was it is quite a bit further from the airport than you would imagine… a 20-30min walk. There is a bus that you can take which drops off very close, but we did not realize this until we arrived on foot. We ate in the restaurant and the food was adequate but below average for Switzerland. However, for an airport-style hotel we were overall impressed and would stay here again."
