"Doors to rooms are right next to each other with a little shared living area. The unit looked different from what was in the pictures. You can hear people from the next room. I truly don't believe I got the value for what I paid for because there were a lot of better options, but i thought I'd choose a place that i hadn't stayed at before."

"This was my second stay at the Signature Apartment, and overall it was a much better experience. I booked a one-bedroom unit this time, which was a significant improvement over the studio. The space felt more comfortable and, in my view, was worth the price. However, I had planned to extend my stay, but the unit was already booked. The host assured me they would find an alternative option the next morning, but I never received any follow-up. It has now been three weeks with no communication. Making promises without any effort to follow through or even provide an update is disappointing. It left me feeling that verbal assurances here are not reliable."

"Checked into the wrong apartment , They use the same amenities list for all booking, I had to ask before I was checked into correct room which took a further 4 days BUGS (cockroaches and all sorts) when finally checked in, HAD TO GET MY GET MY ROOM FUMIGATED WHICH WASNT THE SMOOTHEST PROCESS. THE HOST INITALLY OFFERED ME A BUG SPRAY “TO SORT IT OUT” after sending numerous pictures and videos of the bugs they finally decided to fumigate the room. WiFi and HOT water went off every two days. TRANSFER SERVICE NEARLY MADE ME MISS MY FLIGHT BY SHOWING UP LATE."

"The staff are always great. Sylvia at the front desk is superb. The ladies at the time of checkout were all lively and very warm. Definitely recommend a stay, the staff will make you feel at home."

"Check in was not as smooth as I expected. I realised they don’t use online bookings as much even though it’s an option, it is better to book on site. The staff were helpful though. You’ll need to go with your own soap, toothpaste as the hotel doesn’t provide that."

"To clarify. What led me to book at Peravi suites at the signature was the fact that I had stayed at the Signature before and it was good. This time the name " Peravi Suites" was added which I came to find was a management company that managed a two bedroom apartment owned by someone at the Signature building. When I arrived in Accra and texted and called the agent/manager on the WhatsApp number I was given, He said was ambiguous with how I should check in. "

"Mary was a tremendous help to my trip. She responded quickly to messages I sent to the hotel before I left home and she was a welcoming face when I arrived. All of the staff were kind and helpful. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. If I ever return to Ghana, I will stay at the African Regent Hotel again!"
