"Staff members very rude, they’ll mutter under their breath at you if you ask anything of them. We didn’t have a fridge in our room and politely requested one as we were there to run the marathon and needed a fridge.
2 days of asking no fridge each day the new members of staff had no idea about the fridge request. It seems very disjointed no one passes over any info. Have to keep explaining everyday about the same request.
When we did speak to staff behind the counter one man was extremely...

"Check-in was easy and straightforward. The desk held our bags as we'd arrived early. Staff was helpful throughout our stay and our room was well cleaned and serviced daily with fresh bottled water each day. The spa amenities were wonderful and we utilized them daily. The trip through the underground tunnel to get to the spa wasn't bad. Breakfast we had a split opinion on - I enjoyed it, my wife did not. Plenty of options each day, but YMMV. The on-site restaurant I can only comment on the...

"Our room with the Danube view delivered breathtaking panoramas of the river, Parliament Building, and Chain Bridge. Watching the city light up at night from the large windows was pure magic.
The location in the Castle District, right next to Matthias Church and Fisherman’s Bastion, is perfect. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceptional.
Highly recommend booking a Danube-view room… it made our trip truly special. We can’t wait to...
