"I was truly impressed by this incredible hotel. I’m a big fan of Rosewood São Paulo, from the stunning imported trees from the Amazon rainforest to the unique details thoughtfully placed in every corner of the property. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the amazing staff, who go above and beyond to ensure every aspect of your stay is perfect."

" All areas very good but the IT systems are not really up to standard. Slow to react and did not link together several reservations that I had despite my emails."

"The hotel stay was overall acceptable, but there are several areas that need improvement. The strongest issue was the very strong smell in the reception area and parts of the building, which caused headaches and made the arrival experience uncomfortable. Check-in and check-out also took much longer than expected, with delays that could be improved for better guest service. The hotel itself feels outdated and could benefit from renovation or modernization. Breakfast was quite basic, and some of the items did not look very fresh, which was disappointing compared to expectations."

"Nice and good location"

"The beds are not comfortable and rock hard. It was like sleeping on a slab. My back and hips were killing me. They did put some padding with extra comforters so I could at least sleep a little. Our bath tub filled up with water every time we showered from not draining properly…and up to the back of my calves. I reported it but it never got fixed. How did the maid clean the bathroom and not notice this??? Breakfast was good but could use a little more variety. "

"The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable, however our check-in was problematic. The first room we got had water leaking by the toilet and then we got moved to another room and there was still a little water leaking in that room. The front desk got maintenance to fix it, but we lost a lot of time sightseeing having to change rooms. There was also too much technology trying to enter the lobby or get into your room, with individualized key cards and it just made access annoying. The room itself was fairly nice and the breakfast buffet was decent."

"It is well located but the rooms are very dated now and the bed covers also could be better. The staff were friendly enough. "

"This Hotel is clean, accomodating, comfortable, and a great place to relax, wash, and sleep. Some of the staff speak more languages than Portuguese, which was very helpful. Great breakfast each morning. Made sure I was comfortable without being intrusive. I hope I get to stay here again. Highly recommend."
