"Staff and location were excellent. Loved the hidden swimming pool and the views from the terrace. Room was comfy but a little dated. Unfortunately the lower rooms smelled strongly of fish, likely the prior guests used the kitchen. After 24 hours of leaving the windows open the smell dissipated but it would have nice if it had been aired out before we arrived. The town of Villeneuve is a short walk away, lots of restaurants and it is very pretty. The walk to Avignon is about 25 mins one way....

"The hosts are lovely, the parking was great and the space charming. The room was a little cold, the bed a little hard - an extra blanket would have been nice as well as soap for the shower - but I could have asked for these things and I am sure my requests would have been happily tended to. A simple breakfast was provided and I could bring my own food to keep in the fridge and warm up if needed. There is a cozy common room to read or watch tv in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
