Advertised as non-smoking, but every floor and even the rooms reek of marijuana. The smell was unbearable, especially with kids. When I asked for a refund, their only solution was to spray Glade to “mask” the odor. Totally unacceptable.
They claim to offer cribs, but only have basic Pack and Play playards—not suitable for infants. The “free breakfast” is a long wait for a bagel and cream cheese. That’s it. Misleading at every turn.
The indoor pool is a health concern. The chlorine smell is so strong it hits you before you even step in, and it’s clearly due to poor ventilation. Their fix? Leave a small back door open.
Front desk staff are poorly trained and couldn’t answer basic questions about the hotel’s services. It’s frustrating and disappointing from start to finish.
This place is not safe, not clean, and certainly not worth the price. The high ratings must come from guests with extremely low standards. At best, this is a 2-star hotel pretending to be much more.
If you care about health, safety, or just getting what you paid for—stay somewhere else. Do not waste your money here.
