"Nothing"

"The room was very clean and the staff was so nice. We ordered breakfast to our room and it came so quickly. Our oceanfront hotel gave us the most perfect view of the ocean."

"I always stay here when I am in Pismo Beach for and I love it. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and well stocked. This is my first choice for a good stay!"

"I booked a king bedroom and when I went to check in they said they had to change my room to 2 queens. When I asked why? He said they overbooked king rooms and he didnt apologize or anything, just kept looking down and brushed it off. Maybe a breakfast offer for the hotel or something would of been nice for the inconvenience, but he just kept his head down and I'm not one to complain really."

"I understand this is an older hotel the room appears clean??? Overall however old and very outdated there is popcorn ceiling with two shades of yellow and two dinning chairs at the desk that are so big it’s difficult to get around. Noisy rooms and the shower clogged not good and no airflow when showering and the room was stuff hot and stuffy."

"They need to erect a large hotel sign saying "Hampton Inn". I wasn't sure if I was pulling in to the right driveway. I never visited a large hotel where there was no visible sign at main entrance."

"Perfect"

"My wife got food poisoning from either dinner or a snack she ate Sat night , she woke up with terrible stomach pain and throwing up ! We were on our motorcycle and I knew she wouldn’t make it home on a 4 hr drive so I asked the front desk for a very late check out and they were so helpful, I just like to say thank you to the front desk lady working Sunday morning 10/25 she accommodated our needs !"
