"I stayed here mainly for the ocean view, and that's really what you're paying for. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It wasn't clean and smelled like dogs. The TV didn't work because there was no remote, and there wasn't any shower gel provided. The bed sheets felt rough, almost like sandpaper, and there was dog hair throughout the room. "The view of the river from the Otter cottage was amazing. It was steps away and so refreshing to hear the water when we stepped outside! The water pools and the large rocks along the path were perfect for early morning and evening zoomies for our 6 and 8 y/o. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes, accommodating at home meals over our week stay. Some of the finishes were a little older or out of place, but based on the location is what keeps this from being out of our price...

"Staff excellent; breakfast just fine. Room 105 needs to complete upgrades with repair and painting of wall and door chips! All windows need washing; screens need Swiffer wet wiping to remove dust and salt spray. All hallway and common area/ breakfast room carpeting needs spot removal and steam extraction cleaning. Hallway passageway doors need chip repair and paint. Suggest install kick plates of either metal or plexiglass after paint repair as service carts are damaging entry faces. Note:...

"Room was clean but stagnant smelling, hard beds and outdated considering price, staff was friendly and helpful. Parking and AC were great. Nothing to rave over hotel wise wasn’t the greatest but wasn’t the worst. Worked for a place to sleep."
