"No one cleaned my room for three days until I put in a request through their app. Some of our group had no water to shower or even flush the toilets for three days! Would not recommend."

"Just stayed 14 days in B block. 1-100, they earned a 98. Grounds are immaculate. Staff work around the clock to maintain cleanliness, using fallen flowers to make hearts on the main lawn, never got the man's name but he renews the lawn daily! Housekeeping is near perfect!
