"We needed a place to stay while in town for graduation. This property did not disappoint. The check-in process was alittle confusing, but it was my fault. The space is clean and comfortable. The next time I return to New Orleans I will certainly stay here!"

The room had a strong mildew odor the moment I walked in, and there was visible mold in multiple areas, including around the bathroom and air vents. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable — stained linens, dirty floors, and obvious lack of proper maintenance. "Housekeeping came in one time and left clean linens but did not clean anything did not take the trash out did not make the bed. Front desk staff likes to have an attitude when they're asked to remake a card after they deactivate it the cards for the rooms. Had multiple paint chips with brown smears on the walls."

"There needs to be improvements on the cleaning standards. Upon entering the room it smelled of moisture like there was a leak or excess water in the room. Throughout the room i found hair on the desk, pillows, bathroom and shower walls. I would recommend staff covering hair while cleaning. Also not sure how often the floors are vaccumed found a chocolate milk bottle lid at the base of the bed frame. Location was conveniently located. The staff were pleasant and helpful. "

"My room was on the 5th floor. Foot traffic through the elevator was manageable and not challenging. The room itself had rust in the tub and the tv remote had ductape holding in the batteries. There weren’t many channels to watch so you better bring your own accommodations for streaming and entertainment. The light bar on the bed frame that illuminates the room would not turn off! There’s got to be a secret to turning it off but I didn’t bother to ask the staff. My stay was average at best, but...
