"The front desk staff was excellent. She was very helpful. Our problem was with the carpet in our room. It was beyond dirty, too dirty to walk around in our stocking feet. It ruined my socks. There were also shower fixtures in the room and at the pool that needed to be attached properly to the wall. This location was great but the property needs major work."

"The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was difficult to find due to a lack of adequate signage, there was a person smoking right outside the front door and yelling at her phone. This created an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. A loud, continuously barking dog only added to the negative atmosphere. Although the innkeeper was polite, ongoing problems with the reservation system reflected poorly on the property’s management and organization....

"Good location for your downtown activities the river walk right across the street from the hotel staff was friendly made our stay very comfortable. Something came up and we had a extra person with and Deana the lady at the front desk offered us a bigger room with no hesitation and CJ made sure we had clean sheets after our first night. The staff made us feel at home. I do want to say that even though it was a holiday weekend and they were booked there was no loud noises from other visitors and...

"A great place to stay only down side is the walls are kinda thin so sometimes you could hear a dog barking or people walking above you but i had no issues with it and i wasnt disturbed by any noise like how other reviews say."

"The staff were very friendly. This was our second time staying here. I wish they would get a better toaster for breakfast. This time and the last time I stayed here, I had to put my bagel in more than twice to get it toasted. I wish they would put a microwave in the room and I wish the pool wasn’t so cold. Other than that, the hotel is nice and I love being close to the Dells."
