Staff laughed at my son who wanted to do the zipline because he couldn’t understand them and for adults to make fun of a child is the reason they got a low rating. Property is huge and great for kids. Lemurs, tiger, petting zoo, ziplining, bike riding, archery, etc it will keep you busy! Lastly, if you’re a person of color you’ll experience some racism from locals and staff in Amecameca. Stay in tourists areas if you don’t want to see how locals live. It’s about an hour away from major airport anyway and the driving in Mexico is lawless.the women at front desk were helpful and spoke English and overall a good stay for the kids and they do keep the property and pools clean! "

"El hotel cumple con la función para una estancia sin lujos. Es limpio. El lavabo estaba muy bajo y la llave muy cerca de la orilla, lo cual hacía difícil lavarse las manos. En el comedor durante el desayuno, el músico tenía el volumen demasiado alto y resultaba imposible tener una conversación. "

"As all opinion this is my personal preference. Room is bad! No air conditioning, ants everywhere, tv is a joke (ridiculously small), ambient noise is too loud you can hear the conversations of staff in the kitchen down stairs imagine hearing what’s happening in the neighboring room. Worst for me, No darkness at night, bright light always on outside and curtains let all light come thru. Toilet has no door for it self, so if you close the bathroom you block entry to washing hands, luggage, shower etc, and the bed OMG so noisy! and if you don’t think this is bad enough the Interntet is almost not existent in the room. Totally not worth the price, the location is far away from downtown, like 3.4 kms away. Would not stay here again. "

"If you're a light sleeper, I don't recommend staying here- dogs barking & motorcycles. The road to the property is unacceptable imho. The "cabins" are pretty small (unless you're a solo-traveler). The staff is super friendly. We liked the concept of the place but wouldn't return due to the noise factor and tight quarters."
