"a nice hotel"

"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...

"Absolutely wonderful inn to stay at (Ryokan), and our favorite stay of a two week Japan trip. It felt like an authentic Japanese experience, while still being very accessible to foreigners like us. The owners are very friendly and attentive right from when you arrive. The rooms are a traditional style with tatami floors. The rooms look out over a small creek so it is very peaceful. "Wonderful stay. Lovely kaiseki dinner. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The hot spings were clean and very relaxing after a long day walking and driving. Oh and the view from the room in the morning across the valley was stunning"
