"Decent best western property, but overall not one I would go back to. I travel with the fair amount of equipment and there isn’t an elevator there. Also, the pictures of the gym are not the actual gym that you will get. I don’t need a fancy gym, but some of the equipment was literally bought from Walmart. For sure the person that bought their elliptical has never used an elliptical. It was worthless. Staff was very nice though and the location is decent."

"For a hotel that was advertised on the Colorado Marathon webpage as a partner hotel, advertised with early breakfast available from 3:30am, then kitchen was not open till 6:30am. In addition the hotel booked a gala in the lobby on the same night which was very noisy until 11pm when all the marathon runners needed an early nights sleep."

"The location is prime for me when I need to stay away from the crowd. Just recently this property has been remodeled and updated. The rooms are very nice and come with a microwave and an small refrigerator. For the price of the room this is exceptional. The front desk staff and housekeeping are wonderful. The only negative I have to say is that the breakfast can be one note. However, I am very grateful that it is provided. It is "always" delicious and plentiful. It was not always offered. So...

"Didn’t know about the renovation project until just a day before arriving. Challenging for the staff, not great for the guests. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known. Not a good value for the money. "

"The room was clean, but on the end of the isle by the back door. It was very noisy throughout the night, but was a nice 1 bed room. Variety of breakfast items, though you had to heat your own sausage and eggs. Otherwise, not a bad stay at all."

It’s well equipped with the little kitchen, but the bed and the pillows especially, were uncomfortable which is something we haven’t found in quite a few years staying at similar properties like BW’s and lesser Marriotts. The chairs were uncomfortable, too. The long desk/counter was really nice but the bar of the office chair cuts into your legs. "The manager was rude, looked very unprofessional and not clean. The room smelled really bad and when I complained on check in they claimed they didn’t have another one available. The room was very dirty, the sheets were nasty and had stuff all over them.
