"This property is under excellent management and "good" condition physically. I stayed in a superior family room; one bedroom and a large livingroom for 4 nights. Each room has modern air conditioning units, but substandard 32 inch televisions (old style media reader that won't read USBs or HDs for movies. "Absolutely excellent staff, lovely and helpful and mostly speaking better English than I do Ukrainian/Russian. Location is good - close to most everything, making getting around by foot easy. Gym/pool facilities also top notch. I certainly hope to return to both Odesa and this hotel! Given the woes of our time it may be worth mentioning that the bomb shelter on site is also safe, convenient and has a water cooler, comfortable chairs and even beds. "
