However, the staff gave me the key to the storage room which happens to be in the basement: One – serious security breach given that other people‘s luggage was in there. My own had my computer. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and have such a welcoming atmosphere that I immediately feel at ease every time I arrive. "It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered."
