Our room was delightful. The bed was super comfortable and the room very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was served in the adjoining cafe and was delicious and filled with options. The staff are charming! It is a perfect destination for a family — very cheery and amusing. Thank you.

Nice and friendly staff. The Hotel has a Maritime Theme and is following the theme all the way. It is a funny thing and it is done in a funny way. Everything is fine except the internet. It is a disaster. It was not possible to have a Teams meeting due to the poor quality. It is one of the demands to a hotel today, that it has a wellfunctioning internet.

Family friendly gem

This hotel is by far the best we’ve stayed at this year. The details are impressive, and the owners have really gone above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. Spacious room, very kid friendly, large bed, large TV, great breakfast delivered at the door, and overall very comfortable and functional. As a nice icing on the cake, our two year old got to pick a nice little plush fish to play with. A small detail, but it made her so happy! Would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend you do the same!

Peaceful, unique, perfect

Absolutely a fantastic hotel! Opposite to chain hotels and unique. The room was very big and spottless clean. Bathroom products were included and they were good quality. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet, we slept well. There was also a fridge. You can open a big window and let the fresh and cool air to come to the room while you can listen The beautiful sounds of the nature (birds singing etc). The breakfast was awesome and it was delivered to your room on the time you had chosen. The service was perfect as well. The hotel is owned by a family and they have worked hard, I really apreciate their work. The location is peaceful, but about 10 mintues drive from Flensburg town. The parking place is free of charge. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Cozy hotell

Cozy small hotell just a few minutes away by car from Flensburg city. Fantastic breakfast served in our room. Nice clean room with good beds. A few minuttes walk away you’ll find a lake. We went for a swim there. Loved the hotell and will stay here again next time we are in the area.

What a cozy, welcome place at the top of Germany! Everything is thoughtfully arranged, including a giant dog bed for our giant dog, a bag of toiletries, and à la carte breakfast on a cart each morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout, including accommodating an extension of our stay. This is a gem of a place that is highly recommended for any trip to the Flensburg area, or for any stopover between mainland Europe and Scandinavia.
