"Petit appartement convenable pour une petite famille. Propreté raisonnable également avec serviettes de bain et linge de lit fournis. Vaisselles ok et parking gratuit en face de l’immeuble. Immeuble qui est très bien entretenu et qui sent toujours bon. Seul hic le canapé lit etait ouvert à notre arrivée pour cacher la tache sur le canapé pas très fair-play! Sinon positif dans l’ensemble. Et dommage de ne pas avoir accès à la terrasse du haut."

"this Hotel is brand new and the staff was very accommodating! This location is not ideal for visiting the Old city of Milan, and the Museum of Leonardo Di Vinci and the Domo which was amazing. $25 to $30 cab ride to just about everything. The location ( far from downtown) was the only down side"

"We travelled with 2 children and stayed for 2 nights. Everything worked just fine. Easy checking-in (and out), staffs were very attentive and helpful. The room not very spacious but beds and pillows were comfortable. A little noise from the floor above but negligible. Overall hotel condition looked nice, clean and relatively new. "Great quick overnight for an early morning flight. Room was clean, bathroom great (although small), comfortable bed. Short 5 min walk to the airport but we had easy bags that were back packs. It would not have been so easy if we had rolling bags or if it was raining. We stayed May 1st on a warm sunny day and didn’t have any issues with the room being to warm. There have been some reviews in April about the room being too hot."

BUT it is a strange 'hotel' situated in a strange office building with a work space, gym available to local residents and a restaurant that closes the kitchen at 7:30pm. To get to your room, you need to go through the gym, work spaces, restaurant and go up one flight of stairs with your luggage (the elevator isnt working). "Alles war OK... Das was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war nicht gerade vielfältig, aber gerade dann sollte man schon die Auslage mit Brot... Aufschnitt und sonstiges immer wieder gefüllt haben.... das war leider nicht der Fall, bzw es hat zu lange gedauert.... "

Our only issue was the surrounding area and condition of the building exterior felt unsafe (was not unsafe though) and the parking was filled up fast during mid to end of day.
