"Great for a stay while on the road. The room and building were clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good as well!"

"This place is fine. It is next to a major highway, so it's convenient. The room was clean, though the air conditioner was very loud and rattling. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. By 7:45am most of the food was gone. No fruit was left. Coffee was empty. A group of people waiting around for a new batch of eggs, which when they came out were a little soupy and just unappetizing. I booked through expedia and paid there. Even though I was not there with a pet, they still charged my card a $100...

"Great location and a good place to stay. Parking options are available across the street for free (weekends), or on property for considerable cost per night. The hotel was clean, but some of the fixtures are showing some age. The fitness room was very small, but the hotel did offer complimentary day pass to a local fitness facility across town. Overall, it was a good stay worth the price we paid."

"Rooms, pool, staff, everything about this Hotel was A++, Excellent 👍 Our family will not book a stay anywhere else in Manhattan; unless, there isnt an available room. We stay in Manhattan frequently for Healthcare, and this is BY FAR the BEST place to stay!"

"The first room they put us in, the air conditioner just DID NOT work! So, they were helpful in moving us to another room. The air conditioner in this room worked somewhat, it blew cool air, but it just didn't remove the humidity, so we had cool but very damp air. Made it hard to sleep, the sheets stuck to us. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the whole room was spacious and clean."

"Good location and close to numerous dining and shopping options. AC worked great! Dropped a star because the bathroom door in our room did not close properly. Not a big deal as it was just my husband and I in the room, but maybe something to get fixed before the next guest thinks it is a big deal."

"Only stay at this property as a last resort. One or two staff members attempted to be helpful and most were friendly, but they are set up to fail given the horrible conditions of the rooms. Hot, hunid. AC that can't drop the temp below 74. Shirts come out of the closet damp. 3 nights stayed and never received housekeeping, other than the day I specifically asked the desk clerk to have them come replace the towels on the floor used to mop up the water due to the shower door gaps. Just terrible....

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not very positive. The room needed a much deeper cleaning or any cleaning at that matter. There were bugs on the window, in the bed, under the bed, and in the bathtub, dust throughout the room, and the carpet appeared as if it had not been vacuumed in a while.
