"Someone we didn’t know (with key card access) came into our room at 9 AM while we were sleeping. The front desk apologized but that simply wasn’t enough considering what happened. I would want to have safety and privacy especially if I am paying $150 for the night. We checked out as soon as possible after that happened. This place is not safe."

"Since we had early morning flight after our road trip I booked this hotel which is just 2 miles from the airport and provides free airport shuttle service which was super useful! We used it twice once we returned our rental car the day before and on the day of flight early morning! The hotel staff was very helpful! "The room was clean and well maintained. Toiletries were fully stocked and housekeeper was very respectful. Every level has an ice machine and microwave conveniently located on the floor. Theres also a small little snack store with some basic over the counter medicine if needed. Overall, our stay was very positive and great. It was quiet and clean and we truly enjoyed our visit. Definitely booking again in the future."

"The shower and bathroom sink drains were clogged. I pulled enough hair out of the shower drain to make a small wig. After two requests, they finally unclogged the shower drain but never unclogged the bathroom sink.
The air conditioner in the room made an intermittent noise that was loud enough to wake me up several times. Repeated requests to look into it or fix it were ignored.

"We enjoyed our stay immensely. Daily breakfast was great with a huge variety each day including the cook to order omelets and more! We have stayed at many Embassy Suites but it was our first time experiencing the evening cocktail hour so that was definitely a bonus!
The only downside were the beds. They were too lumpy and definitely worn out. Hoping they will get replaced soon!
Overall it was a wonderful stay!"

"Be prepared to Pay for your pet at the desk ... even if it isn't mentioned ahead of time. Staff were Great with my pooch and there is an enclosed, safe area to walk your dog.
A pet peave is refillable soaps, customers have zero idea what is actually in those bottles, even if they are cheaper than little ones.
There aren't any drive thru places close, so get food ahead of time. Great Mexican places close but you have to actually get outta your car."
