"Front desk staff ruined the experience. They made us wait close to two hours more AFTER check-in time because the room wasn’t ready yet. No apologies, no remorse, not a care in the world, really. I think it’s a normal occurence for them. Bar is closed by the way. Don’t even bother asking."

"Within walking distance for the free airport shuttle. Had a nice outdoor area and space to walk, relax, or workout. The staff were welcoming upon arrival and we were offered welcome drink options for our party. Lobby was spacious: business area, kids play area, and PLENTY of seating for their restaurant and grab and go items. Free water options in the lobby and patio area was nice and well lit. Felt safe and comfortable. Room was spacious and air conditioned."

"The design of the property was nice and our stay was good overall. While the bed and bathroom were perfectly clean, the floors had not been washed in a while and turned the shower rug black. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Tried to call for room service 3 times, no answer. Went downstairs to eat at 10:00 pm, they said restaurant is closing. There was no place to eat so I had to leave the hotel and go to ibis to order a pizza."

"Whilst the check in was smooth, the staff were great and it was very efficient, when I entered the room it was quite dirty. I also left the next day with me and daughter having being bitten by bed bugs. So not the best experience overnight."

"The staff was lovely. The room was very nice. We liked breakfast. Our only complaint would be that it isn’t close to transit. We had to take a taxi from the airport and ordered delivery for food because there wasn’t much close by."

"Beautiful destination town not far from CDG airport/Paris. This hotel boasts an excellent restaurant, large variety of rooms, and an incredibly kind and helpful staff that went above and beyond! The receptionists were bilingual and even offered to help solve some other travel issues we had that had nothing to do with the hotel. Can't wait to return! Suggest two nights."
