"Brand new hotel. Very easy access, right off the Rte 95 in southern Maine. Friendly staff, typical hotel breakfast, everything in the room was perfect. Will definitely stay there again."

"The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was fair/okay, some of the bread and muffins were stale but the scrambled eggs and waffles were great. Also not a lot of seating for breakfast. The pool and pool area were mostly clean and good for family swimming. The staff were friendly and personable. Overall it was a very nice hotel and a great value."

"The staff were super friendly! Breakfast was fresh fruit, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, granola, juice, coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Very good! The property is in the best location! Walkable to dining, shopping, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and the beach. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and looking forward to our next stay!"
