"very clean place a lil older but staff and owners was very nice awesome pool the breakfast was a lil small no eggs or protein but good for coffee n muffin .. lotsa of stuff to do around there tons of beaches and restaurants was good . close to york beach and ohunquit beaches"

"From start to finish nothing but the most excellent experience! Welcomed by the nicest folks at the front desk you could hope to meet The manager Andy was top notch as well ! The room was something you could only dream about .! The view from the balcony was second to none If you want a so, so hotel don’t stay at the Nevada as this hotel is nothing but stellar in all realms ! It was so impressive I booked a year in advance !!!!"

"We stayed in the Executive 2 Bedroom. Absolutely loved the space! It was a low key quiet environment. We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located in the middle of town."

"The bar outside still closed from last years stay as it was this past weekend :( There was no hair blower in our room 109 but there was one in my sons room, 310. The breakfast area was nice and coffee too. Friendly reception and good welcoming from the desk employees. The place needs more parking area for people coming back from a later diner time around 8:30 pm."

"This was a dream Hotel to stay at! Everything was impeccable! The bed was nice and firm yet comfortable and the pool was wonderful! I wish the jacuzzi was a tad More hot but other than that everything was great!"

"So initially I was very upset about booking this room. The pictures make it look very nice its a 3 star hotel and they call themselves a resort so I was under the impression there would be some luxury. I got to my room and the flooring was all messed up the bathroom specifically was a wreck. Low ceiling with a decent amount of water damage throughout. The nail in the coffin though was the black mold/mold/water damage underneath the sink. I probably would've never noticed my significant other did...

"Overall it was good. We spent one night and the location and amenities were good. It is a good no frills place to get some rest, easy access to local places, clean, and some watercraft to rent as well. The kitchen is a great add for convenience but didnt stay long enough to use."
