"We had an updated room with a king bed. We were originally in a queen room that hadn’t been renovated and wasn’t nearly as nice. We thought we had booked a king and Michelle had no problem switching our room. I would come back To this room but not the original one. Traffic on Houston road was loud but it did eventually die down. I would recommend a sound machine because you are located next to the hospital. April was very friendly and kept breakfast well stocked. All the staff were very friendly and the updated room was very nice. "

"Excellent stay. Our room was newly remodeled(1st floor) & the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Staff very friendly & courteous. I’ve been coming here before flights for several years & feels like maybe under new management this time around-good thing. "

" Everything and everyone was perfect.. Our millennial selves stayed Friday - Sunday over Valentines Day weekend for a comedy show and we will remember it very fondly.. Clean beautiful rooms, excellent breakfasts, coffee machine as soon as you get the elevator! We can’t wait to come back! This was our first REAL outing in 15 years (since our early 20s before kids). I definitely recommend a stay here.. Zero issues and it’s a stoners stone’s throw to Cincinnati 🙃 "
