"Room was clean and nice. Complimentary breakfast is tasty. Room is a bit loud can hear everything going on outside and in conjoining rooms. But this is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We will be back! Great value 👏 "

"First room had dead bugs of some sort in it and stains allover the bed. Paid for a room that was deluxe and to come with a “snack box” was offered a bottle of water when i got there for the deluxe room. The woman was kind at the check in but it was just not a good experience. "

"The roll away bed under the sofa was stained YELLOW! No mattress cover on it nor the actual king mattress which was uncomfortable and outdated. The room was ok clean wise besides coffee rings stained all over the furniture. No coffee creamer or sugar left for coffee in the morning. Staff was nice but made me come down to the desk to pick up the extra pillows and blankets that I ordered for the sofa bed. I’m shocked because of how good of reviews this property has. Would not stay again. "

"This is the 2nd time staying at this hotel, each visit was wonderful. The rooms are nice, I’ve had a great view each time, and the staff is incredibly accommodating. "

"The issue was when we checked in there was a water problem to the degree that there was no running water from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. so you couldn't flush toilets or anything like that. If you wanted a hot shower you had to take it before 9:00 a.m. when the water shut off. This was not posted anywhere on Expedia and in fact resulted in us leaving the hotel a day early because you could not even relax and enjoy a visit to Columbus because you had to rush and couldn't go back to relax at the hotel because there wasn't water. The staff did their best it wasn't their fault. I think we should be credited back at least for one day."

"We did not stay. The room smelled terrible, there were two young boys riding their push scooters up and down the walks outside the rooms and were pretty sure we witnessed a drug exchange right outside our room. The man at desk said we would receive a refund but it isn’t in our bank yet. Very shady place and would not recommend to anyone."
