"The absolute worst experience I and my family have ever hard. The place was sketchy and unclean. Our second night there we woke up to yelling and screaming at 4 AM, Other guests were threatening each other and pounding walls and doors. At 9 AM as we head out to grab breakfast we were greeted with vomit on the steps and landings of the stairwell from 3rd FL down to the Main floor. There is no elevator, which is a huge inconvenience as we had elderly folks with us. The exterior is as gross as...

"Large, sparsely furnished apartment with comfortable beds, grimy plates and mugs, washer and dryer in the bathroom, nice big bathtub, balcony and a fire escape and good view of the street below. Painted an ugly beige. Could be improved by a few colorful pillows and better art. Stairwell dirty. But solid, nice old building. Was a snafu with them not sending the door code until asked a second time, but then they sent it. Best deal for staying in the neighborhood we wanted to stay in."
