"The room was spacious and very comfy. The ambiance is friendly and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the teens enjoyed it. The hotel is just a few steps to SM Mall of Asia. The views from the room were spectacular. The pool was not open due to construction. We were informed in advance that there will be construction going on but it did not bother us at all."

There were a few thing an about the room: mold in under sink that you can clearly see when sitting on the toilet, mold in the toilet and not so clean tub. The fridge was not cold whatsoever so our food and drinks did not save. Extra charge for blankets as they only provided layers of sheets. ...

I was disappointed with my stay. The room came with only a bed and two towels—no complimentary water, no refrigerator, and very few basic amenities. The hotel also has a policy of cleaning rooms only every third day. That meant I had to reuse the same two towels for 7–8 uses before they were replaced, which wasn’t acceptable for me.

"Great staff, location, amenities and breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and hotel is next to the mall. The only suggestion we have is a better system for the breakfast buffet because it was kind of chaotic and there was a long wait especially it was a holiday when we went. Even though some of us were on the exclusive members floor it was also full so I think the hotel has to come up with a plan especially when it’s peak season. Still highly recommended!"
