"The staff was wonderful. The front desk lady who checked me in was very friendly. But later that night (after 11pm) our hotel neighbors were really loud. I called the front desk, and they handled it immediately. "

Although i wish i never booked thru Expedia, due to an emergency I had to cancel my last night there, and the hotel said they would have refunded me if I had went through the hotel to book, but since i went through Expedia. They couldn't and now Expedia won't refund me just last night there again. It was an emergency. I will never ever book through expedia again. "

"From the moment you walk doors, you know youve made the right choice on to stay. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome! I was expecting the normal hotel area but instead a very nice bar with a with restaurant with a very nice breakfast lunch and dinner menu. And for your late night cravings a huge grab and go area. My room was spacious and very clean. Theres nothing to complaining about when get a great nights sleep on an amazing bed. But the pool area was the best I've ever been in....

"The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean. The only issue I had was that housekeeping came in when I was told that they only clean once every other day so that bothered me because my dog was in there, but other than that, everything was extremely nice and enjoyable at the hotel"
