"There was no breakfast. It is very basic. I stayed for two nights during graduation weekend. The one positive was when I checked in they gave me a little bag with some pompoms, a whistle, and noise maker for people who were here for graduation. The room was mostly acceptable with functioning fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and shower. However, I didn’t feel that it was thoroughly clean. "This place Does Not look like the photos advertised. I'm surprised it's even on this website. My wife and I booked a room for five days. When we pulled up to the property it looked abandoned. Main entrance was shut down. We entered on the side of the building. No parking on the property due to the broken down cars parked in the spots. The interior looks like time completely stopped in the late 80s. Everything is outdated. None of the amenities were available. The whole place reaked of cigarette...

"We were there for graduation weekend which meant surge pricing and apparently minimal housekeeping. Room was dirty upon check-in with toothpaste residue on the mirror and console, and visible ???? On the carpet by the windows. We returned at 4 pm the next day and housekeeping hadn’t been to our room. I called the front desk and they promptly sent someone up to refresh everything. That was great. But, for $1000 a night, we should not have this. I will check out the Marriott or somewhere else...

"The hotel is undergoing renovations and I think a change of ownership. The sign still says it’s a Clarion but it’s advertised as Lansing Delta West. The room was a bit shabby but clean, comfortable and spacious. I could hear guests on both sides through the walls and they were not being overly noisy. The grounds, sidewalks and common areas are currently in poor condition which I assume will be taken care of as renovations continue. There is a large indoor pool and patio area that looks like it...
