"スタッフの方々のサービスはとても親切で良かったと思います。館内も癒されるもので溢れていて居心地も良かったです。お食事は盛り付けも綺麗ですし演出も最高なのですが量、質が満足出来た感じではありませんでした。山形県産米を使っていたのですがお家で炊いたご飯の方がツヤ感ももち感も上でした。県産米が生かされていなくて残念です。せっかくの素敵な旅館なのでお食事のグレードはもっとＵＰしても良いと思います。"

"The building outside and the lobby looks alright, but inside the room is old and the armchair is already worn out. Mattress and pillows too soft. Definitely need some maintenance work. Facilities not the best neither. There is no coin laundry. Won’t provide an extra pillow when we asked for it. Service is the worst I have experienced in Japan hotel. The hotel staff has the attitude that it is what it is, and show no care. We have 2 bookings for 3 nights in total. I have sent emails to them...

APA Hotel Fukushima Ekimae

10/10 Excellent

"This was our first stay at an APA hotel. We were very impressed. The staff were incredibly professional and spoke excellent English. Our room was stylishly furnished and well stocked with many amenities. Additionally we liked the information channel that was provided. The air conditioning could have been a little stronger. Clothes washing facilities were excellent. All in all, we have to say APA is #1!"

"I had an amazing stay at Bekkan Fujiya Ryokan! The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The baths were absolutely relaxing and beautifully maintained—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I also loved that they are tattoo-friendly, making it easy to enjoy the onsen without worry. Everything about this ryokan, from the service to the atmosphere, exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing Japanese experience! "

"This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. One note you will have to pay for everything even if it says all exclusive."
