We would stay again

Hotel is in a nice area with many restaurant choices. Our room, while not appearing to be updated, was nice and clean as was the bath. Our bed squeaked a little but didn’t interfere with sleep. I wish the mini fridge had been turned on—we had things we would have liked to have kept cold. All in all, a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

As Expected

This was a typical Hilton Garden Inn stay. It as clean and comfortable. Our room was large compared to a regular hotel. The location of this property is near a lot of restaurants and shopping. I'm sure we would stay here again.

Good stay

We booked this hotel since it was pretty close to our family. We checked in easily with the front desk. Our room was as described. Since it was the holidays, there was a sign that stated limit housekeeping. Since we were only staying two nights, our room wasn't cleaned. We did get towels from the front desk. Overall, good stay.

The hostess, Tarana, was very nice and hospitable. The hotel was very quiet during the day and night, even though there was a competition going on that weekend and housed alot of teens. It was very quiet. But the most impressive was the cleanliness of the room. As soon as I got into my room, I attempted to do a second cleaning of the room before unpacking. The room was absolutely spotless, even in the bathroom. The microwave and refrigerator was spotless. It was very close to plenty of restaurants, as well, within walking distance. I was very impressed with this hotel! We will definitely be staying again!

Check-in was great. Hotel clerk was friendly. The faciility was clean. My only disappointment was seeing all these snack products with such high prices. My mistake was not noticing when I was looking for hotels, that this hotel did not offer a complimentary breakfast. To save time the next morning, my husband and I decided to go ahead and pay for the breakfast buffet. The eggs and gravy were both cold. That was disappointing, to pay for two meals and have a disappointing breakfast.

I changed things up from my normal hotel because this was closer to my work. I checked in online the day before my stay, it told me I was good to proceed straight to my room, gave me a digital key. My flight was delayed so I didn't get to the hotel until 1am , and I waited for 5 minutes at the front desk for help (I also like a real keycard in case my phone is dead). I was exhausted so I gave up and went to my room after no one showed up to help. Got in to the room no problem. Next morning at 8am, manager plus someone else banged on my door to see if I was in there because I wasn't all the way checked in... So bizarre (and frankly upsetting because I'm sure they saw when I opened my room in their system, and they knocked without even giving me 8 hours of peace). The majority of the front desk staff have been nice. However I had an issue with my toilet running all night and lights being out, the front desk guy that helped me gave me some attitude about wanting it fixed. They did get it fixed same day though. The room is clean, however it's clear the hotel is a little older. The rooms are just *aged*. The towels are really not soft, borderline hard. The couch cushions are super squished and saggy. And the sound proofing between rooms is non existent.
