First of all, I specifically booked this room at $280 per night because the Expedia listing advertised an off-leash dog area. The second photo especially made it appear as though there was a grassy area where dogs could safely roam, and the wording in the description strongly implied the same. That ended up being completely misleading.
Another reason we booked was because the hotel stated the restaurant was open until 11 PM. However, when we arrived, they were only serving drinks and no food, which was extremely disappointing after a long day of traveling.
The sheets and pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel — especially at this price point. For what they charge, the bedding quality felt cheap and uncomfortable, which was honestly insulting considering the nightly rate.
To make matters worse, the fridge in the room did not work, so my medication that required refrigeration was not stored at a safe temperature overnight.
Because there was no proper dog walking area as advertised, I had to walk my dog on the street, where he ended up getting bitten by another dog. That alone completely ruined the experience for me.
Overall, this place felt like one big overpriced catfish. I also asked multiple times to speak with a manager and requested a callback, but nobody ever followed up with me. I would absolutely never stay at this hotel again.
