"Clean room, good breakfast "

"This facility was not clean, smelled of smoke and was rundown. AC was broken, and toilet would not flush. Staff had unsafe practices in place and ended up with a key to another person’s room through hostess’s mistake! Asked for a refund (which they provided) and changed motels. "

"This was a nice hotel. Hadn’t stayed at an AVID before but knew it was a part of the Holiday Inn family (IHG). I really liked the 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby that ground the beans for you. I just grabbed a few things for breakfast on the run, but they had several of your typical options: eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Although my stay there wasn’t long (1 night) I would stay there again. "

"Hotel was clean, staff was nice. We stopped here on a road trip; 8 hotels in 9 days. This hotel was the nicest. Breakfast was pretty good as well, especially for a "free breakfast" place. If I end up back in the area, I'd stay here again."

"The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the guy at the front informed us of the latest pool cleaning and breakfast hours without us having to ask. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional! Scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles made ready for you- what else could you ask for!? We had a great time and our expectations were exceeded! "
