"The hotel itself was great; it was very clean, and there was always an attendant at the front desk if you had any questions. The only issue I had was that room service never came to replace used towels or tidy up the room. Also, the shower has a gap that allows water to flow onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard."

"Here is what makes this hotel unique is the the cleanliness of the room. Exceptional! It meets my standards. The staff is very polite, respectful with great customer service. "The room was clean. But when I asked about getting towels (I didnt know you had to ask for housekeeping every day), we went to leave and there were towels on the floor outside our door.
