"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Just getting to the hotel (over a narrow mountain road) was an adventure in itself, but it was well worth it. The fisherman's cabin was cozy and comfortable, with all amenities included. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and there was a lovely little restaurant which served both traditional Norwegian dishes (such as fish and reindeer) but also some very good vegan dishes (which was quite an unexpected surprise). "Belle hébergement, nous avions réservé pour le plus gros bâtiment mais avons été déplacé dans la petite maison ancestrale, on nous a offert une chambre supérieur. Très propre, décor ancien qui a du style. L'emplacement est magnifique. Le bar est très beau mais malheureusement fermé la semaine. Le plus gros point négatif est le spa qui coûte 2000Nok. Que ce soit pour 1h ou 1 journée même tarif qui à mon avis est complètement excessif."

"Vanlig hotellrompris, men "brakka" var en frittstående brakke ved parkeringsplassen ved sjøen. Toalett var 30-40 meter unna, og innehaver informerte om dette på melding på forhånd. Ett rom med dør direkte ut, god varme, og sovesofa som en måtte trekke ut og ta på sengetøy selv. Helt kurant om man er vant til å improvisere litt og ikke så nøye på alt. Rent og greit på rommet. Toalett- og dusjfasiliteter er meget enkle, men greie nok om man er vant til å være på reise utenom storbyene. Dette...

"This is a lovely new hotel on a convenient location for the Tromso to Lofoten drive or vice versa. It is also close to the Hurtigruten museum which is so interesting to visit on a wet day. The hotel is modern and spacious with an aesthetic bar area design. Cocktails were professionally made. Dinner was also good, if limited in choice. Superb breakfast selection. Our room had a high quality bed, tv and effective blackout curtains, a Norwegian summer necessity. We thought this hotel was excellent...
