During check-in, one of the the night front desk agent appeared reserved and unapproachable. Having worked in hotel operations, I believe this interaction did not meet brand service standards. While I understand the challenges of night shifts and expected nothing elaborate, a simple, warm greeting is a basic courtesy that requires little additional energy and contributes meaningfully to...

"The location is excellent for airport access and the rooms were clean and tidy with everything you could need. The ability to small milk bottles from the front desk was a lovely touch. We found the rooms to be very quiet even though the hotel is on a major road and right next to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Great stay."

"We contacted them a couple of days prior to say that we would be arriving late at night.
It was a cold night at 22.00 when we got there. What a wonderful surprise to find a light left on, the heating on and the electric blanket on. It just brought a smile to our faces. Such thoughtfulness. We were really impressed."
