"I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference, and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location, which made getting around very convenient. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast, while good, was exactly the same every day, so adding some variety would make it much better for longer stays. Also, some of the rooms feel a bit outdated and could use a refresh. That said, the positive aspects—especially the service, location, and peaceful environment—really stood out. With a few updates, this place could easily be excellent."

"I recommend it for just a one-night stopover—and only if you don't have a vehicle, as the parking is inconvenient. The breakfast isn't bad, but the beverages—specifically the coffee and hot chocolate—don't live up to the high standards of Colombian coffee and chocolate. The staff is average."
