"Hotel Regina Elena was the perfect place to begin our Sardinia trip. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore Olbia on foot. We could walk to the Old Town, restaurants, shops, cafés, and the port without needing a car. Getting to and from the airport was also very easy by either local bus or taxi, which made our arrival especially convenient. "I stayed in 4 hotels during my trip to Sardinia and this was by far my favorite. The staff was so helpful. The room was clean. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful way to see the city and escape for a refresher. The spa was the perfect place to kick off my trip and float and let the stress just leave my body as I mentally and physically switched to vacation mode. "This place was really, really nice! There was some separation between the sleeping quarters vs the living space and my husband didn’t care too much for the stairs, but I personally did not mind this at all. It was very well maintained and clean, the AC worked great (it was over 95 degrees when we were there!) the location is pretty central and close to a lot of bars and restaurants.
