"Love this hotel. The staff was amazing. Helpful in every way. Rooms were clean, Wi-Fi was great, TV was great, there was a security box for your valuables, small fridge, heating rack for your towels, ironingboard, iron, hairdryer, bed was comfortable, no daily room service, but you could request it, it was very centrally located near the train station so everything was close by. "The room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, and the small bar had some good selections."

"The spa staff does not enforce the rules of the spa at all. The sauna says plainly on the sign nude area no clothes, some people continue to wear swimsuits making it awkward for the people obeying the rules. I complained 3 times and nothing was done about it. My wife and I will no longer stay at a Sofitel, we will try someone new."

"I loved this hotel near the Munich East train station. It was quick and easy to get into Munich to the airport. And had some great little restaurants nearby. Highly recommend if you’re traveling through Munich."
