"The hotel itself looks very smart and modern but it’s the attention to detail that lets it down. The room looked lovely and clean but the photo frames, lamp shades etc were full of dust. Also the beds are very firm, both of us came away with sore backs this morning. Nice looking hotel but would not stay again."
