"We stayed here before and after our cruise. The Airport and CRuise shuttle was very efficient. The staff were cordial and polite The rooms were very clean, comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The pool area was well maintained and enjoyed. "The room was filthy. Sheets had holes in them and they didn’t look clean. The platform where the mattress sat was dirty. The duvet cover had stains and black flecks all over it. White stains on the headboard that weren’t wiped off. The floors…they turned our feet black when we walked on them. Pillows were terrible and very flat.
No seating in the room except 1 office chair, and the surfaces weren’t wiped down.

"It offered free shuttle from the airport to the hotel but it took a really long time to come and even when they came, it was full. After waiting for around an hour, we just paid and took a taxi instead. After arriving at the hotel, they had 2 people at the counter and there was a really long line up just to check in. We waited in line for at least 15 minutes. The breakfast was good, quite a bit of food offered."

"We arrived too early for check-in. However, the girl that was at the desk was phenomenal. She greeted us, explained that we were too early to check in as they were still checking people out. We explained that we were unable to go anywhere as we had so much luggage. She graciously allowed us to lock our luggage up and hang out at the pool until our room was ready. This was above and beyond what we expected, and we were very grateful for her service."
