"The hotel is very quiet despite being by an Interstate and busy boulevard. The room was clean but the furniture was a bit chewed on. The free breakfast was outstanding. There are several demonstration make-to-order omelet chefs and well as a separate chef cooking fresh waffles. The wait staff is terrific. The indoor pool is very popular because it is actually part of the lobby area."

"Very nice hotel. Our Casita was 1/2 mile from main hotel. No views from our room. Staff very curt and not friendly at all. Food was good not great and expensive. Poor sound proofing between rooms. I will not stay there again."

"Wow. What a stay. I spent 2 nights here and was shocked at how moderen but yet laid back feeling. The staff eas friendly and very inviting. "Room did not appear to be cleaned correrctly prior to checkin. We found a half cuo of coffee on the window sill. A handicap chair for showering left in our small bathroom, We placed it outside of our door and it remained there for 2 days. On 2 occations when in the lobby wanting to buy from your convience center.there was no one on duty. A sign advided be back shortly. "

"This place was excellent! It’s the little touches that made me so happy. We had a steam shower which we enjoyed. Also, there was a turndown service with chocolate. I thought I had to go get ice but opened the ice bucket to find that they had already provided me with ice. The staff was amazingly courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and elegant. Perfect location for our activities in and around Manitou Springs & Garden of the Gods. Pool & hot tub were a bonus! No restaurant, breakfast offerings were meager, bed was a bit harder than I care for, and the AC -- while functional, every time it kicked on made a LOUD "KAAAAA-CHUNK" noise which woke me thru out the night."
