"The breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. The heat kept me warm in the room that was clean and quiet. "

"The floors had not been vacuumed, every surface was sticky and visibly unclean, the fridge was rusty and froze our food, the microwave reeked of whatever was cooked in it last. It seemed that the only thing they did to the room was change the sheets, which had black hairs all over. the toilet was constantly filling with water to the point where it wouldn’t flush properly, when we went for breakfast the coffee machine broke down, and the breakfast area was generally filthy. The soaps were already opened and used, and we had to get a rag and cleaner from the front desk to wipe everything down. Everything was sticky and there was crap on the walls too. The ice machine was out of order too. "
