"We had a plumbing issue in our room as soon as we arrived, but the staff handled it exceptionally well. They immediately moved us to another room without any hassle, trusted what we told them, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. That level of customer service was incredibly refreshing and set the tone for a fantastic stay.
From that point on, every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The property itself is beautifully maintained and clearly cared for....

"Loved our stay here this past week. It was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was great& quiet. Close to casinos, lots of restaurant options . Lots of parking (although I wasn’t expecting to pay $10/night). Loved the water pressure in the shower! Great relaxing stay. Appreciate Christina who checked us in. She was very friendly and helpful when we asked if we can get a room at a higher floor and ended up with mountain views too!"

"Acres Landing was an incredible stay! It felt like a private desert oasis, our airstream was super clean and comfortable and also had robes to wear.
