"Very comfortable upscale hotel. The beds were very comfortable, although the pillows could have been better. The shower was excellent, the room very clean, the lobby clean and orderly, and the hotel by and large was very quiet and comfortable. The concierge was very helpful in finding nearby restaurants. Really would have liked to have had the 10th floor deck available and working. We were disappointed that there was no lounge or restaurant that overlooked the beautiful city. Even a deck...
